The company is run by Phil Fellows and James Totten, who between them, have over 30 years of professional security experience in many specialist areas, including event security, consultancy, surveillance, and VIP/celebrity escort and protection.

Phil Fellows
Managing Director
 Phil is the driving force behind Event Solutions Security Services Ltd. He has worked in the security sector for over 21 years, and has extensive experience of all parts of the industry.
Coming from a retail management background, Phil joined the security industry in 1985 in the commercial sector for Eurotech and progressed quickly to become the youngest operations manager in the industry at the time. During this time, he trained as a close protection officer and, has been involved in the personal security of many high profile celebrities, diplomats and royalty including the Saudi Royal Family.
Phil is an experienced floor manager and an IOSH and NEBOSH accredited safety officer.

James Totten
Operations Director
 James has been working in the security industry for 12 years primarily in the exhibition and events sector. He has worked as Operations Manager at numerous major events including The Liberal Democrats Annual Conferences (2005 and 2006), The National Floor Show, and The Chartered Institute of Housing Conference.
During his time in the security industry, James has worked as a close protection officer for some very high profile companies, including MTV and Capital Radio, working closely with major film stars and recording artists such as Elijah Wood and Sean Austin.
James is also experienced in Door Safety, having managed a team of over 30 door supervisors across London, for a number of years.

Ian Hardy
Southern Regional Manager
 Ian's 18 year career in the Prison Service, provided invaluable training for the security industry. As a senior officer he gained skills in advanced driving, control and restraint methods and close protection.
After successfully running his own security company in the southwest, for a number of years, Ian joined Events Solutions, as the southern regional manager. Within this role, he is helping to expand the company within the south, whilst also working on events nationwide.
Ian's depth of experience and ability to deal with people at all levels is a valuable asset to Event Solutions Security Services Ltd and brings a quality to the management team which is second to none.

Gregory Maxwell
Commercial and Licensed Premises Operations Manager
 Gregg is a new and vital addition to the management structure and has proven himself to be an integral part to our team.
Working his way through the ranks to his current position he has brought with him over a decade of experience in various frontline sectors in the security industry. His wealth of knowledge and expertise originates from Leading teams of door supervisors at some of the most prestigious and exclusive nightspots in and around London and the home counties, heading up security teams at specialist vip celebrity functions all the way to covert surveillance operations close protection assignments and residential security teams all over the UK and Europe.
Gregg is the ideal individual to manage and consult on matters pertaining to your individual specialist security requirements.
