We specialise in events security, having covered some of the largest events in the UK. At every stage of your event, Event Solutions Security Services can provide support, including site layout, risk assessment, event setup, stand construction, traffic management, door security, bag searches, incident and conflict handling, stewarding & VIP protection.


Security

Event Solutions Security Services have professionally trained security officers in all forms of security and stewarding and are experienced in working at many exhibition centres across the UK such as Earls Court and Olympia, G-Mex Manchester, Harrogate international centre, and many others. For consumer events that expect a particularly large visitor attendance, a QRF team (quick reaction force) is a sensible addition. This team is run by a manager or a senior supervisor and all are trained in conflict management, so that in the event of any possible unlawful incidents occurring, they have the training and experience to deal with them.


Event Management

Let us take some of the operational admin out of your hands! We can provide administration support before, during and after your event by dealing with contractors and exhibitors, approving stand plans, dealing with risk assessments and method statements. During the onsite construction of stands we can supply fully qualified floor managers to make sure that all the stands are built in the correct manner and adhere to all the health and safety requirements, ensuring the event can open on time.


Traffic Management

Traffic management is a very important aspect of your event, as it may be the first impression your visitors get. If they have been parked in a efficient manner then they will hopefully be at ease and approach your event with a positive attitude, ready to enjoy the day.


Event Support Staff

We can provide extra support staff to help you during the running of your event. From runners and porters to office and admin support, all our staff are experienced within the event industry.

Included with every five event crew issued to your event, would be an event coordinator on site at the same rate as the event staff, who would also be a point of contact for you during the event and deal with any issues you may have.
